Q: How are the products shipped?
A:Most products are shipped via UPS. Tracking information is automatically emailed at the time that the packages are shipped. If the shipping address is a P.O. Box, products will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Package tracking is not available with U.S. Mail deliveries.

Q: What are the benefits of the AutoShip program?
A: This program will automatically ship you bottle(s) of To Your Health products each month. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the special "AutoShip" discounted purchase price.

Q: How do I sign up for the AutoShip Program?
A: You can start an AutoShip order by clicking the AutoShip option when ordering on-line, or by asking to start the monthly autoship program when you call for your next order (866) 438-7323.

Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: To Your Health is confident that you will be absolutely pleased with their products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the products you ordered, simply contact our customer service department (972-644-7790) and arrange to return the product (with your receipt) within 30 days of the date of your purchase. You may request a refund or exchange your product for a different To Your Health product. The To Your Health customer service department will process your return and issue a refund, if appropriate (less handling and shipping charges), within 10 business days.
